Always when I've been off meds for a while, I forget how it goes.

I take my pill at around 9a.

I spend an hour wondering why I bother with things that don't have much of an effect.

At around 10a, it becomes 7p.

...yeah.

(Bonus, it affects my sleep, so this happens again at 3a or so.)

Ah. That sort of thing happens to me without meds, only it usually isn't so much the case that I was Focused and Busy during any of that time. :-/
