I bought a 36D bra.  It has an underwire.  I'm not sure I needed that part, but I was at Ross (translation: inexpensive clothing store), in their last half hour before closing, and everything else in this size was ruffly with lace.  I think I got off lightly with something this teal.

It is so very teal.

Anyways.  Hooray!  My chest doesn't hurt!  Perhaps I should buy bras that fit more often.

I am going to die.  I am going to fly into a rage, and I am going to die.

I do not handle unceasing frustration very well.

Phone: *ring*
Me: *picks up*
Caller, to someone else: "Well, at least it's not as gay as that picture!"
Me: *hangs up*

*sigh*

I woke up, and my first thoughts were on documenting the process of me going to work.

It would seem that if I were to lose my mind and move to northern California, I wouldn't actually need to go out and make friends.

This occurred to me after the second instance of "oh, you're Xtina!".

I'm considering that website thing again.  I still like BlueHost.com, but Think Host looked neat, too.

Except, they do that whole "are you navigating away? nooo!" pop-up thing, which is annoying, and the images of their "live customer chat" seems to universally be of white women.  The pop-up is a thing brought to you by Intellichat.com, which seems to only have white women for their "agents".

Oh well.

Super Green looks nice, though.

* I did the mock trial.  I am a pretty sharp dresser, once in a blue moon forever.  I did okay, and then I blushed for a half hour.  Jeffrey, the person we-all (that being, most of the gaming group, plus [livejournal.com profile] trista's boyfriend Chris) were there supporting, did phenomenally well, given that that was his first time being all attornoreal.

A number of others in the group were talking about how much fun this was.  Meanwhile, during the trial, I sketched out notes for better automating the invoicing system, while having it make backups at the same time, so that I can go do this other-aspected revamp without suck.  Yeah.

* I abruptly have a massive and weird headache, so I'm going to go drink water and pass out.  So much for a multi-bullet post.

Apparently, what I meant by "I would like to go outside" is "I would like to stay in and catalog all of my books".

I want a way to list the books in the collection order, without needing to change the book title, so that I can list both Dresden Files and Remy Chandler books in series order without flailing at the short stories books.

Also, neat, my community made it to sf_d.  I think I need to go be more strict at it.

Making lists always calms me down.  I'm actually done enough that I can sit back and read without hyperventilating.

The clothes I'm bringing fit into a suitcase that is well within the carry-on policy of two different airplanes.  I am pleased with myself.

When I went to Seattle, there was ocean like right there.  You'd think I'd be interested in it, right?  Except I tried to be, but I couldn't look at it for too long.  That's kind of curious.

The physical was easy and quick.  I'm going to get lab work done, apparently, because I wouldn't mind knowing my cholesterol levels, I think.  My heart rate is up and my blood pressure is up and my weight is down.  I'm not surprised.

And now, more cranberry juice and Star Trek.

Yall.  YALL.

MANSPLAINING.

This might be some of why I have to word everything Super Carefully in order to get answers to the questions I ask.

"I search in Yelp for fast food, and it turns up a jewelery store.  Why?"

"Did you know you could click the Fast Food box in the search options box?  That might help."

"No, no, I was completely unaware of what was staring me in the face.  Thank you!  I was asking about why it would think a jewelery store was anything like a fast food store, but clearly it's not that Yelp is occasionally full of bees, it's that my eyes are somehow broken."

(Total hypothetical.)

I am in a seriously cranktacular mood this morning.

I think I might want to rent a coder.  Because I want, I want, so much, a web-based checkbook-like thing that does precisely what I want it to do.  But, I want it faster than I can learn how to code it.  Which is full of alas.

This is all very... mildly annoying.

I'm rererererewatching Night Court.

Two things.

1) Clearly, the funnest part of raising a kid is loading their little brain with shows and music, so they get to have fits of nostalgia later in life.

2) There exists... banana brandy.  ...

Is it any good?  I muuust know.
