As long as it doesn't exude strange body fluids all over your shirt or cry no matter what you try to do it's not going to be particularly realistic anyway. Although the line "The nostrels are also opened so the baby can breath" made me laugh - breathing is *so* not a concern.

Horribly, that reminds me of a cartoon I saw in a mens' magazine long ago. Shows some kids (looking like the Katzenjammer Kids) injecting their sleeping parents. Caption is "Wait 'til mom and dad wake up and find they're hooked on heroin!"
