gross but still when I heard about this more than 2 years ago it seemed way less objectionable than the false size contraptions and implants that are currently popular. i care more about realistic size than realistic buoyancy which is why this procedure, if successful seems kind of cool. still surgery. ick. still, I got nipple piercings, pretty extreme too.
