So I can't count.

1) I need to never, ever drink when I have taken anti-anx meds at any point that day. I had the same number I usually allow myself on "school nights" led to me barely remembering last night, and for srs, holy shit.
2) The contact at the shelter is being very nice in reassuring me that I am not the worst ever for not being able to continue on with Jasmine. She suggested that in the future, I try fostering for a couple weeks instead of adopting outright, so that I can see how the cat fits in with the current set. That's some good thinkin' right there.
3) This dry cough + sneezing + constant bloody nose thing can stop aaany day now. I'm drinking extra liquids to be sure, and yet. Yrr.
