I am still sick.  I'm at work.  My jaw really hurts, due to a cavity, most like.  Or stress.  I have taken two DayQuil, one Adderall, some coffee, and some Cold Season tea.  Later, I plan to take ibuprofen.

So.  How am I doing?  Let's find out!
