I would have clicked "I must do this" except that realistically, I will never have the energy to do this. I would, however, click "my SO or somebody must do this."
I've already forgotten ;). Did I go through it and try to find anything that could screw us over? Or are you referring to the Infamous Cat Claws of the original contract?
That seems like a bit much to me, but if you want to do it, that's not strange. People have all kinds of hobbies and ultimately what matters is that you get some enjoyment/satisfaction from doing it. (Put another way, if you felt like you had to do it but didn't want to, I'd argue that it's unnecessary and you'd be better off doing something fun with your time.)
Pff. It's only too much if you don't have work you're doing that's driving you nuts and suddenly you have a need to do (a) something else that (b) allows you to text-search for aspects of your rental agreement that may become pertinent in the future!
