does delivery dot com work for you? they are zip code driven, usually have menus, will tell you if the actual restaurant delivers or if it is a service (like Dine on Demand or some such).
I use them whenever I get to the "FRAK this COOKING STUFF!!" place. Which is generally Tuesday nights when I get home at 8something.
