This page is pretty good at generating a weightlifting workout log.
What I would love is something that populates each exercise with the weight/reps values from the lastmost set the last time I did it. That way, I know what to increase. Probably it'd just be... um... *ponders*
Dammit, now I have a project. Actually, it wouldn't be hard to put into a database. Tables Exercises and History, and use some front-end for generating the next time's plan.
If you know of something like this, please lemme know.

Date: 2009-03-06 09:10 pm (UTC)Gyminee (http://www.gyminee.com/) seems pretty good so far, although it would be nice if they gave you more features for free. I'm not obsessive enough about exercise/diet to pay for those features.
