I suddenly have this burning need to write some sort of LJ client that would allow me to show all posts that do not have tags so that I can tag them, which means I need to watch a movie.

You could write something with LJ::Simple to give you a list of untagged entry URLs and then feed them to a web browser... but that would mean dealing with perl and just, ew.
