Go fill out my Google form, that will dump responses into my GOOGLE SPREADSHEET. The results look like this (so don't go putting in secret answers in that particular form). They're not by default public, in case you were wondering.
The interface for creating the form is a lot like making a poll in LJ, only more Javascripty. You get there by going to Share > Invite people > to fill out a form. That pops out a new window with two steps, create and invite. You don't actually have to invite people - when you click 'Next, choose recipients', just copy the link on the right-hand side and close the window.
Is it not nifty??
