nonethefewerStupid fucking question time, regarding Perl. Three of them, actually.
1) I am using Windows 7 64-bit, and I have ActivePerl v5.10 installed. I'm syncing to this basic repository.
That repository says it has 12845 packages in it. However, PPM says it's only getting 12832 packages. Why the discrepancy?
2) No other repositories are loading. For example:
http://trouchelle.com/ppm10/package.xml
I load it, and PPM says no packages are installed.
http://ppm4.activestate.com/
Bribes, Trouchelle, and UWinnipeg load... nothing at all. No packages at all.
Whyyy?
3) NOWHERE IN ANY OF THIS can I even CONSIDER finding IO-Socket-SSL. POR QUOI.
