You know?

I think Elizabeth (from Pirates...) and Jen Yu (from Crouching Tiger...) are a lot alike.

- They both... well, they both start out with sort of about to get married, but that's superficial.
- They're both going into this passive thing.
- They're kidnapped away for a trinket.  (Heh.)
- They're both good at fighting.
- They're both good at disguise.  (Or rather, that's what the writers would have you believe.)

Most of all, though, they neither of them know themselves well enough to know what they want.  They could each do any number of things, be any number of people - but more it seems that others are putting them in roles, and they don't have the space to get themselves together.

They're different in that Elizabeth is mmmore to the side of good, and Jen Yu is more to the side of herself above almost all, but.

I need more coffee or more sleep.

* This are pretty hat.  If I thought Rose wore hats like that, I'd try to make it.

* I kind of want to make this geodesic hat for mactavish.

And yet, I do SQL stuff like on purpose.

IRC is very strange.  As a whole.  The grammar, the programs, the connection strings?  Strange strange strange.
