More on kittens.
Jun. 3rd, 2004 09:42 amThe contact information for
xsyntrik, about those kittens I posted about yesterday, is here. Please, if you're in the Atlanta area, or anywhere nearby, help out. It's not keeping a cat for life, it's fostering a kitten for a few weeks.
Stop making excuses - I know you are, because I would be, too. Your landlord isn't that much of a tight-ass, she's going to pay for the food and litter (if she can, a course), you can keep the kitten in a cordoned-off room of your house/apartment/cardboard box, whatever and whatever. I would be making the same excuses (though not the $$ one), because my lease specifies only one cat, and my Magic is so not an other-cat sort of cat. C'mon.
(Yes, yes, probably it's harder than that for most of you, and I'm not saying that if you genuinely can't, you're a bad person. I'm just saying that I know I'd be making those excuses, so try to think of it from the mindset of "I want to" rather than "I can't".)
