"Then," said the Buddha, "I decline to accept your abuse and request you to keep it for yourself."

R asserts that it is a symptom of ADD (or one of its variants) that I drink coffee in the morning to, apart from help me wake up, help me focus. I'm of a mind that it helps me to wake up, being sleepy is being unfocused, and being awake leads to being more focused. What say you?
