Today's self-date:

I took a shower, got all gussied up (for me - tank top and bondage pants), and bought some wine.  I played sudoku while watching LotR 1.  I got upset, but did not apologise for it, as I usually do.  Good shit.

The purpose of my self-dates are to spend time on myself without apology.  To turn a harsh light on any instance in which I would apologise, since that's a common soft place for me.  Otherwise, to be with myself, and enjoy my own company.  I think I did well today.


In other news, I have dire opinions about the ending of LotR 1 and slashficcers, but I am keeping them to myself, mostly, today.  *sniff*
