ISO webware.

I am ISO a bit of webware that does two things:

* Tracks my time according to what I enter in. I've tried Toggl and I mostly like it, except for two things: there's a bug where it's not syncing from desktop to the web, and it doesn't pull up recently entered items in the order in which I entered them. Other than that, I'd be fine.

* Allows me to check a box like "finish this later". Sometimes I'm working on something, and I want to remember to work on it for later; this usually comes up when I get myself distracted on some side thing, want to pull back onto whatever I should be working on, but don't want to forget the side thing.

It doesn't have to be software-sync-webware stuff, but it does need to be web-based, because I work both at work and at home.

I'm willing to barter for someone building this; I have no time or patience for ground-up coding.

Things I've tried:

* Toggl: As noted, there's a syncing bug, and I want that checkbox.  The syncing bug is the one that's bothering me the most; I need to be able to sync my shit.

* Tick: This is billing software, and assumes that I'm entering in hours myself.

* RescueTime: This tracks program usage from my computer; no.

* Thymer: The free plan isn't useful enough, and the paid plan has too much in it.

* SlimTimer: No start/stop buttons?
