I made food today, and it turned out... okay.  I mean, I like it, but it could be better.

- I need to cook the beans more before I incorporate them into the main food-dish.  Much as I love red beans al dente.

- Same with the green beans, though the carrots were fine.

- The rice was sticky rice.  Aiee, alchemy!  *wards against evil eye*

Next time, Fortunato, next time.

I used to cook dry beans on the stove, then I got a slow cooker and never went back :P.
