(no subject)

I am ISO arms-saving software. Parameters:

- It doesn't block me from working. My issue is not focus.
- I can reset it based on if I stand up and wander off. Using the computer's idle time to do this is fine.

Basically, something that pops up every n minutes and says "yo, rest yer arms".
