Welp, so far, Windows 7 is slower and somehow infinitely more annoying.  So that's terrific.

Question, regarding PuTTY release 0.60:

Is there a way in the settings to set it so that it starts in maximised size, not in full-screen?

The difference is like hitting Alt-Space X in a browser window, versus hitting F11, respectively.
